Passive Range of motion exercises

This is just an example of passive range of motion, for CPNE purposes we are only to do the extremity that are assigned. No more, No Less. You have a choice of either flex/extend or adduct/abbduct. you don't need to do both types you just simply do, for EXAMPLE:
2 sets of flexion on each joint of that extremity, and then you do 2 sets of extension of each joint of that particular limb. If you are to do both lower limbs for example... then you are required to do the hip, knee and ankle(unless otherwise noted on the kardex, or by nurses report)of each leg. If assigned for the upper extremity's then you would do the shoulder, elbow and the wrist(unless contradicted)of each arm(2sets, each joint). For any clarification on exact specifics consult your 17th edition study guide.
